Winter Waters Festival

Port Orford Main Street's second annual celebration of seaweed, sustainable seafood, and Oregon's coastal food systems. A weekend of free events, local food, art, and community. FRIDAY, FEB 27 - Art & Craft Show, 9am-3pm, Community Center (free) - "Hope in the Water" Film Screening, 7pm, OSU Field Station (free, limited seating) SATURDAY, FEB 28 - Art & Craft Show continues, 9am-3pm, Community Center - Port of Port Orford Tour, 10am-1pm (ticketed, includes seafood lunch) - Lifeboat Station Museum Open House, 10am-3:30pm (free) - SeaFest at Mr. Ed's, 2-6pm (free, all ages) with seaweed cooking demo, sea urchin shucking, fishery panel, ocean trivia, marine touch tank - Live music at Mr. Ed's from 7pm SUNDAY, MAR 1 - Festival wraps up.
