- Uploaded images are displayed alongside your listing

- We don't use tracking cookies or analytics (beyond basic server logs)
Data Storage
Your submission data is stored in a secure database. Uploaded images are stored on secure cloud storage. We retain submissions indefinitely to maintain a historical record of community events, but you can request deletion of your submissions at any time.

If you want your submission or personal data removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Automated Review
Submissions may be reviewed by automated tools to filter spam and inappropriate content before being published. This helps us keep the board useful for the community.
