You won’t have to read their ingredient labels because you’ll know exactly what you put in them. No gmo rennet used! Using our farm fresh Jersey milk and cream we’ll review the process of making cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Workshops held at Skuttlebutts Restaurant in Port Orford. Don’t have access to farm fresh milk? We’ll answer questions and give you tips on using pasteurized milk and cream from the grocery store.
